We were craving Chinese food and this place was the closest to us. This Chinese food did not disappoint! It was all so delicious! We all mentioned our favorites were the chow mein, the green beans, pork fried rice and the wonton soup (not pictured). This place is now my go-to for some hearty wonton soup when needed. It was soooo GOOD! The restaurant was well maintained, clean and the service was phenomenal! Definitely coming back!
Ode to a delicious wor won ton soup. I realize it's a bit odd to rate for a soup but they do this well. Won tons are delicate, tender, have a flavorful filling, likely homemade. They make their broth themselves from scratch and it tastes like it, delicious! They have a nice assortment of items in the soup. My only suggestion is not to include broccoli in the soup which I found unusual , but that's just my preference It's my go to order when I am sick, or need flavorful but light comfort food. The restaurant changed hands about a year or so ago, had some hiccups but I hope they have settled into what was a stellar, local , mostly take Chinese restaurant that served flavorful Chinese American dishes. 5 years since my previous review and the quality is still just as good!!! I just picked up food here today and it did not disappoint. I love Amazing Wok. The portions are huge and the flavor is unmatched. Plus the price is still cheap. I have been ordering takeout from here for at least 12 years and have never been served a bad dish. The string bean chicken lunch special is still my favorite. Thank you to whoever owns this place, and please never close!!!
A very busy family own restaurant. They have a small staff so bring your patience but the food is good.
Great neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The won ton soup is my go to on a cold day. They have a huge menu and they will modify or accommodate requests .
Hands down best Chinese food in the area. We have tried so many and we are so grateful we found Amazing Wok!! It has become almost a weekly dinner option for us!! Especially since it has been a bit too warm to cook lately. We have not eaten in the restaurant. We usually have it delivered or we pick it up. The gal who helped us tonight was extremely friendly and our food was ready to go when we arrived!! Great customer service!! My favorite has been the chicken chow fun dish and my husband loves the sweet and sour chicken. We will be coming here for many years to come.
I've never actually been into the restaurant but I doordash from here fairly often! I have nothing but great things to say. It's an American style Chinese restaurant and I'm a big fan. They have a large variety of dishes from chicken to beef to seafood, etc. My favorites include combination chow mein (they even add pieces of pork rinds), bbq rice and the Mongolian beef. Would recommend!!
